Our principal, Shayan "Sean" Abadian, PMP, spent his career on the owner's side of federal construction — as a project manager and COR for GSA in the National Capital Region, senior project manager for DoD/WHS renovation programs at the Pentagon, and project coordinator on the Library of Congress's $40M Storage Module 7. In 15+ years he has managed more than $133 million across 37 projects, including a $12M Pentagon stair reconstruction recovered from a defaulted contractor and delivered 60 days early.
